With help from industry representatives, DVSA has developed an Operator Compliance Risk Score (OCRS) report that helps operators to better understand their scores.
The report is available in a number of different formats, alongside the existing Annual Test and Roadside Encounter reports. Once you have registered for our reports service, you will be able to see the scores for all of your licences and request a report for any one of them. Once requested, we would seek to email your bespoke report within 48 hours.
For those operators who do not already access their scores and reports, registering is easy: apply to access your DVSA scores and reports on GOV.UK.
