This service level was drafted in partnership with trade associations and forms an important component of our continued work with industry to make the process of applying for and receiving vehicle inspections easier.
We will review and measure our performance against this service level in conjunction with industry trade associations. We have also revised our application forms, opened more sites and trained more staff to test IVA vehicles following customer feedback.
In the meantime we’d stress that the quickest way to gain a test slot is to apply on line and pay by a DVSA pre-funded account.
