This isn't true. Prohibitions can also be removed at an Authorised Testing Facility (ATF), although you will have to make an appointment. Look for your nearest ATF at www.vosa.gov.uk/find-nearest-atf

Why is that now hgv speed limit have been increased van speed limit has remained the same, so now a 44tonne hgv and a van speed limit are now the same with exception of motorway, vans should be the same as cars in my opinion
